Wikipedia says,
“There are no exact times for when the morning begins (also true of evening and night) because it can vary according to one's lifestyle and the hours of daylight at each time of the year.”
Morning is the period from sunrise to noon. In general, it's also the period when most organisms start their day after some amount of sleep (restful state of the body).
Good Morning is the greeting used in our day-to-day life to make a wish that the other person may have a great morning experience.
And recently, I came to realise that even though these are just two small words but receiving or hearing them from someone you love, someone you appreciate, can really make your day.
And even though it might not be too much – but these little things have an everlasting effect on us. The emotional footprint they left on us, is like something that's inscribed on our hearts.
In my opinion, Good Morning is an emotion that we share. It doesn't need to be those words only, even a little smile with a head nod or a hand wave can make enlighten their hearts and could make their day.
All those small things – from a little smile to a thank you or sorry - are seemingly insignificant, but they have a larger impact like the wave rings in any water puddle. So, remember each and every small effort made in goodwill counts – and so does the greeting: Good Morning.
And after missing a day, this is the essay - at least for today, July 9th 2022 - Day 3
