Terms of Service
The scope of work, timeline, and fee amount will be as discussed and agreed upon in writing via our preferred mode of communication before the start of the project in the discussion phase.
Any changes to the scope of work may result in a modification of the compensation amount. We will mutually discuss and agree upon any such changes.
The number of revisions included in the delivery will be discussed and pre-agreed upon during our discussions. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number will be subject to separate charges, which will be communicated in advance.
At this time, I do not offer any refunds. However, if there are valid reasons for revisions, we can discuss and accommodate them. Please note that I may charge a fee for the time spent during revisions, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
- However, please refrain from disclosing any confidential details during consultation calls, as I do not sign NDAs for such sessions.
- For any development work, I may sign an NDA with a time frame of up to 6 months. All terms will needs to be communicated upfront during the discussion phase.
For consultation calls: You may record the session for personal reference. However, you must obtain my consent if you intend to use the recording for other purposes, and it must not be publicly shared.
I am not liable for any damages, liabilities, or losses resulting from my suggestions, feedback, or our discussions.
- For consultation calls: If any new intellectual property is created during our session and there is a disagreement about the it's ownership, we will resolve it together in good faith.
- Intellectual property developed for the development service will be delivered as is, and I will keep them private upon request.
For legal purposes, the service and/or consultation is provided to you by Shivam Rathore, a professional based in Ratlam, MP, India. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Indian Court and Judiciary.
